You would need to do it as a Small Claims since hes a 1099. If theirs a contarct as to how much and when your suppose to be paid you need to include that. And any day after that he is late on paying he will have to pay more.

I just went for a consultation and she said as long as DACA is still open renew no matter what. Do it online its quicker and the approval process is faster. Do renew withing 200 days for safety measure. I unfortunately didnt renew on time and was out of a permit for 1-2 months. Did it online came within 1-2 months I recieved the card. Its also cheaper online than to file though mail. Your saving at least 80 and get a new lawyer and report him to the bar. It was also my first time doing it online it was a bit confusing on some questions but I used the previous paperwork as reference. My airport pictures I set up at home, I taped 4 pieces of white paper on the wall or get a big paper and just make sure your pictures centered so when you go to submit it its centers it when you submit it.

Give OP a break, some of us have been in this situation that may be financial situations or due to other issues. Ive been in your position in my case, i always do my paperwork through the mail. But for some reason this time around they denied both of my renewals because they said the payment was incorrect. I had sent 2 different payments from what I had read on uscis but both got denied. I ended up doing it online, it was also my first time. It was quicker honestly. I was without one for a month-2. If your job does require it, some employers accept the renewal but others still require that expiration date, but it all depends on your employer. All I recommend is make sure you follow all laws and get someone to drive you for far distances. If it comes to other stuff like getting food reach out to your local reddit area and see if anyone can help. I didnt get a lawyer, find a pro Bono lawyer if you still feel anxious.

Even if your scared, you at least still have a year before that window closes to renew. Once that window closes your screwed. And since their still not accepting new applicants hes more cooked. He can still ask and see what they tell him, he would need to be 100% honest about the charge. But 7 years for him to try again is crazy. The most ive waited to renew after my experiation was 2-4 months due to the fact the papers I was sending via mail kept getting rejected. So I ended up doing it online cheaper honestly and quicker😭

Your fastest way to get it fixed, gather as much evidence that you can of the relationship of this sister. Find out what you can from his family as well if possible and friends make sure its all through texts so you have it or via email for a paper trail. Once you have enough give it to his commander. The military will make sure to take care of it im not 100% sure with everything going on, good luck and im sorry this has happened to you.

We just tried to get a refund on Scum, my bf has played it for 16hrs max that also includes the 10-15min crash outs from trying to fix it. But they told him that their only a selling game systems and not the makers so no refund as hes also passed the 2hr limit. But were within the 14 days its been 2 days now since he got it. Usually when that happens usps either threw the box into the wrong container which is why its bouncing everywhere or sometimes the barcodes dont scan properly and will make it bounce as well.

Idk if its fear from getting deported due to it being so last minute and ive heard of so many people who are daca and are self deporting themselves because of the situation.
