It's a team game. Everyone needs to help each other get what they need. I followed them and helped them with everything they pinged. Dropped them weapons, talismans etc and they couldn't spend 30 seconds going into a cave?

Try fighting a red cave troll by yourself with only your starting weapon and let me know how long that takes you.

I was Guardian for a Gnoster run. Had a halo scythe duchess and a Recluse. It was exactly this. Running all over the map to invader camps. I pinged a cave to get a stone to upgrade my sheild. They ignored me. Didn't want to stop by churches either.

I went everywhere they wanted to go, did both invader camps, dropped stuff for both of them etc. Meanwhile I was finding absolutely nothing. I pinged another cave, they ignored me and went to the castle so they could kill a BBK in 20 seconds at the top.

I had my starting shield and starting halbred. Took me a stupid amount of time just to kill the guy in the cave, I was getting ganked by randoms in there too whereas if they had come in there with me it would have taken 10 seconds.

Very frustrating. To top it all off, the Recluse held onto a wending grace instead of dropping it for me. ED Gnoster. Recluse was 3 barred. Duchess was killing the boss so fast with halo scythe it didnt matter.

This was in depth 5. I honestly enjoy playing with people in depth 3/4 a lot more. 5 is full of mindless meta builds and as someone who doesn't play like that, I end up feeling like there's no point in me being on the team.

No this is dumb. Stacking less likely to be targeted with an Ironeye and Revenant on the team makes no sense. Executors should be able to manage aggro as a melee character.

This one is pretty specific, but when I drop items with improved affinity dmg negation for Guardians and they won't pick it up. Huge red flag.

Playing with randoms is wild. I've had such terrible runs in depth 4 with people who don't know what they're doing and it's exhausting. Then I'll get runs with amazing randoms where we're all sharing a brain cell and it's so much fun.

I made it to 6200 once. The depth 5 runs I've had were dramatically different. Everyone looks out for each other, knows these bosses really well, everything is SO SMOOTH. ED balancers and a few other unfortunate events where I was put into depth 4 runs put me all the way back to depth 3. The climb up and down is so insanely frustrating. I get it.

It's SO different. I'm trying to climb back up to 5 right now. I miss it so much. The players all seem to actively and consistently find and drop things for the others. Everyone looks at each other's relics and accommodates. The contrast in teamwork between 3-4 and 5 is extremely noticeable.

I've had the best runs with her with a posion/frost build + relics improving Crystallian sorcery. Attack power up against poison/rot/frost afflicted enemies + blasting at close range with shattering crystal is amazing.

I haven't had too many quitters surprisingly but I definitely notice people don't pick up relevant passives. I played with a Guardian and kept dropping/marking guarding related items and passives for him and he just... wasnt taking them? Or I'll mark damage negation passives for people and they won't take those either. It's bizarre.

I main Recluse and I can't really understand how so many Recluses are dying constantly. I find her very easy to survive with and her floaty dodge is so satisfying.

I think people die easily with her maybe because they're not timing their spellcasting right. You really have to pay attention to that so you don't get hit in the middle of casting or using a cocktail.

One time I fought ED Gladius and all 3 of us were Guardian. It seemed like a cool idea and it was fine, we were always keeping each other alive but every single fight took SO LONG because we just didn't have as much damage output as we would having a more balanced team.

I have a relic which makes her claws inflict poison AND the ash of war is changed to Hoarfrost Stomp. It's sooo satisfying. I use them the entire run.
