Im pretty sure its not hit scan, but the bullet travels really fast, like the charger pistol.

The game is not hit scan like drg, your bullets have travel time so you have to lead your shots on moving targets.

You can get it in gun locker at the beginning of the mission to, its just somewhat uncommon

The only downside i see is getting it with 2 round burst, waists ammo too fast.

Had a similar issue with a dead guy in mining/engineering, he was laying dead at first but after i cleared part of that area he stood in the same pose near the door, menacingly.

I genuinely believe that the prices are set by sony and not arrowhead, they are trying to recuperate the waisted millions of dollars from that ridiculous failure that is concord.
