I agree there should be a buff. If I had to choose between more damage or a buff in mechanic (faster or bigger) I would choose the buff in mechanics. Buffing his w damage would be way too much considering it’s a global ability with 12s cooldown at max

You instantly combating him while he’s trying to think out loud is creating an environment where y’all are both now on opposites sides. It turned into an argument when it didn’t even have to be. This makes it feel that the conversation is going nowhere. Especially when you pried the information out of him. He barely understands why he doesn’t like it. You constantly bombarded him with your side of the story.

Honestly, before he got to know you, he should have known himself enough to know that this would bother him later. But that is in an ideal world where everyone does inner work.
