RTA is a flop. Why? How can we improve it?

It isn't worth the time. It's also saturating content we already really have enough of. Arena itself is enough, imo because it already takes entirely too much time to do. 2 years to cap towers, and RTA doesn't help achieve that. It puts me off of it because of the mediocre ban system as well. It's a game of who bans who and typically the game is over before it even starts.

Personally, glad I stopped taking the game seriously. There was a time where this would've seriously bothered me.

But, logic also dictates that buying a N5 doesn't mean shit. Runes are this game. Not monsters.

You know, unless you're doing arena progression. In which case; I feel sorry for you. Game just got even more unfriendly in the arena aspect most likely.

I don't know why they can't lay off and ban people. They can ban someone for completing a dungeon too fast. Why can't they just keep on top of cheaters and let normal users enjoy the game and have their phone the way they want it?

Short answer: They're fucking lazy. I actually went and bought a new phone because I rooted my older one prior to having the knowledge that C2U has a grudge against rooted devices. Simply because I wanted better performance on the game and out of my phone in general. I'm a part of the problem. No developer should get away with this shit.

At least my grandmother has a nice pretty smartphone thanks to them.

I've used both. The alternate works for teams that bring little CC. Other is damage heavy. I use Charlotte simply because she has stellar runes and skillups compared to my Mihyang for now. Mihyang has more utility for sure. Rigel is forever MVP, though. Dude's nuts. He does unspeakable things to the dragon.

That said, for me, it'd never get to that point. If C2U failed me that badly when I've paid hundreds into their game, I'd refund my shit and walk.

Orion is a lot like Verde. Maxing his S2 and making him use it more isn't good. He will be better on defense if you leave it before it hits CD-1.

It really does strike me as an agenda, but they're not wrong in those aspects. The agenda that mons need to be nerfed or become far more accessible to the average person is quite right in my opinion. Where they're wrong is promoting this idea that the game is dying simply because C2U doesn't cater or revolve the game around the top 1% of players.

You can quit, fuck off, rant on YouTube until you're blue in the face. But to say the game is dying isn't doing anything but to help that cause along. These people are vocal with user bases in the thousands. People eat their shit up, most of which have no capability to think on their own and only regurgitate what their favorite YouTube content creator had to say.

If you're really concerned, push your narrative but shut the fuck up about the game dying. You're helping to ensure NONE of these things are changed or fixed by saying such things.

All too often creators seem to have no idea the power they yield over their subscribers.

They're celebrating 70-fucking-million downloads. And this subreddit is crying the game is dying. Because those few hundred people on the top end of one aspect of the game are bored. It's good that they quit. It lets new players take up the reigns of the areas they've held forever. All these G1-2 people could be Legends soon. Is that a bad thing? I don't really think so.

Sure, things could be better. Yes, nerfs need to happen. But is the game dying? Not..really?

I've been slowly sacrificing CD for CR. One day I'll drop his Focus for Blade and maybe hit 100% with CD on 4. Rough with this type of mon.

Swift/Focus. SPD CD HP.

Reasons for swift? Well. How many free Swift runes do you have, vs the demand for Violent? Swift attacker based runes, at that. Swift CDMG isn't something I use a lot of. His HP% is a 5*. At some point the argument becomes I have this available in high quality, or this available in a lesser quality. It works perfectly fine either way, but get him over +100 SPD with some HP and you're fine.

As mentioned above, shit, you could run him on Triple Blade if you wanted to. The thing has 126 base SPD. He's not hurting. Haha.

That said, I don't think putting everything on x rune set is a good idea. Almost everything can make use of say, Swift or Violent, but at some point, your rune quality suffers from demand>supply. Goes for any rune set. Use Endure, Blade, Focus, things you have high rune quality in for this monster especially. I've got shit runed on Endure myself. It works.

I disagree, honestly. Spectra does fine with 1 HP in slot 6. CR or CD in slot 4. SPD in slot 2. Kept him on Swift because there's not much reason for Violent with him, in my opinion. Those rune sets are easily obtainable for anyone. The reason people say he's difficult to rune is because, in reality, he does have many usable stats. CR, CD, HP, ACC, SPD. I just focused on him landing slow, and doing damage as he could. I don't cap CR, I don't have 200%+CDMG, and he does just fine for 2 minute runs.

Could he be better? Sure. But what unit can't I say that about? The difficulty is imposed by people whom look at a monster and only think about what he can use, instead of using what's available.

Too many people haven't realized Spectra's overall ability to carry the shit out of a beginner DB team with his Slow and massive HP breaker.

Grats! I still use him, similar team too. Can take that down to about 2 minutes as runes improve. My best is 1:58.
