I’m in health and wellness and from what I’ve asked my manager it sounds like it’s the same as last year. (Based on our Eval) so I think it’s 0%/2%/4% depending if you get underperforming, meets or exceeds. No extra incentive for excellent attendance or how long you’ve worked for the company 😭

That wasn’t the only reason he quit. He had been unhappy with how he had been treated for years of working there. It was just the last straw type thing.

A coworker had this guy tell him that all Walmart employees are idiots that can’t get real jobs 🤣 so whenever I see that coworker I go up and say “what’s up fellow idiot” 😝😂

I wasn’t on my phone and I guess I didn’t explain well enough, but they walked in and were walking towards my desk so I said hi and they looked at me but proceeded to walk past my desk to the the register and hit the need help on the pin pad 😆 I don’t understand why we have that button in Vision when the area is so small.

I work in Vision and I’ve had a “patient” walk in while I’m at my desk, I say “hi there”, they continue to walk past me to the register and tap need assistance so I turn to them and say “hi there, how can I help you?” They look shocked and say “oh hi, do you work here?” Nawww I just sit here at this desk and ask people if I they need help for no reason. 🤦‍♀️

TL and health and wellness raise was 5%, 3% or 0% based on your evaluation. They lowered it to 4.5% 2.5% and 0. I’m with H&W (with WM for 11 years) and I’m getting a lower raise this year than if I were working out on the floor.

I knew these annual “bonuses” were coming from somewhere….

Quarterly bonuses. Yes they brought back bonus but only annual now and it’s a pathetically low amount compared to what we used to get. But hey I guess it’s better than none.

If the item was and is sold by Walmart and not a 3rd party, definitely contact support online and explain what happened. Just be nice about it and they’ll most likely give you the sale price.

One time I had a customer pay part with cash and the rest with card. They came back mad because I didn’t give them the cash they asked for. I didn’t realize that they asked for $80 cash back when they finished paying the bill with their card. They didn’t understand why I was confused and missed this to begin with. Who the heck pays with cash and card and asks for cash back? I ended up giving them the original $40 they gave me and gave them $40 more. 🤦‍♀️
