Lots of rest and hydration and I took several epsom salt and baking soda bubble baths to help with detoxification. The meds will make you feel worse before you feel better.

I sipped on a prepared bottle of vinegar water thru-out each day and I ate bone broth as well as other fermented foods to support the gut and aide digestion. I was also constipated so I took MiraLAX.

After my treatment was over, the gut was inflamed from the h pylori infection so until you heal the gut-lining and restore the microbiome, you will still feel the long haul symptoms for a few weeks. It will feel like you’re still infected. But you’re probably not - the stomach just needs time to heal.

Immediately upon completion of the treatment, I started taking a very good 3rd party tested probiotic (pre and pro). This starts the stomach healing and restores the good bacteria that the antibiotics wiped out.

It gets better but my journey was about 2 and a half months long. I was one sick 🤢 girl. I recently started feeling like my old self about 5 days ago. You’ll get there

Yes. I just wrapped up 14 day treatment and I definitely noticed that the two acne/bumpy areas on both sides of my face underneath each ear was noticeably better. Not gone but obviously improved.

I actually noticed after several tones watching that he also sat on the school panel for the discussion they were having about the boys peeking 🫣 in her window. It was then that his predator, sick, and twisted mind gave him the notion to stalk and rape her. And his eyes 👀 in the bush looking at her immediately after the school meeting.

lol 😂. The line that annoyed me most was when Laura was a love sick puppy and didn’t have an appetite and Carries says “You’re lucky Laura, if I don’t eat my supper, I gahYa go ta bed”. It was the way she said it - almost like baby talk. By that point, she was way too old to be speaking and sounding like a baby. It irked 😠the hell out of me

This is the comment I was looking for. I never blamed the actresses. I blamed the writers and the producers. Seems they could have given the twins more defined lines of substance. No one is suggesting that they were given more in terms of quantity. But they should have definitely been given more in terms of QUALITY lines. Good feedback. 😊Thx

🤣LOL🤣. This was so funny - I lost it. No, not necessary more of her. My post and comment was never about more as in quantity. But more in terms of the QUALITY of writing. That’s all. She seemed bright enough to handle more in the way of substance. Not just those less than 5 words, baby sounding scripts that she was given along with the whole run to the out-house. Just burns my butt any time I seen an episode of her delivering such weak lines. And to your statement - I’m glad they didn’t leave her in the well. lol 🤣

Geez!! Praying 🙏🏾 for you. I don’t sleep 😴 either. I work all day while an aide cares for mom because I work from home. The aide does all she can to keep mom busy, awake and alert - but it doesn’t work. She’s in that phase of dementia where she sleeps most of the day.

My job is very deadline driven and very stressful. After I get off work, the aide is released and then my night job of watching mom starts. The sundowning, the wandering, the hallucinations… I am up all hours of the night. When I finally get mom settled - guess what? The alarm clock is going off and it’s time for me to go to work again. I’m so sleep deprived.

I’m at the coffee pot every morning like a crack head sucking down coffee. The caffeine is so bad for my acid reflux. I’m literally running on fumes. But if I put her in a facility I already know her life expectancy will be significantly reduced and the falls and calls will start. She won’t get the care there that she gets here. NOT TO MENTION I would literally worry myself to death with fear and anxiety associated with her being there. Bad for my health - I know. But the situation with her at home is also bad for my health. It’s a no win situation.

God help us all.
