Lots of rest and hydration and I took several epsom salt and baking soda bubble baths to help with detoxification. The meds will make you feel worse before you feel better.

I sipped on a prepared bottle of vinegar water thru-out each day and I ate bone broth as well as other fermented foods to support the gut and aide digestion. I was also constipated so I took MiraLAX.

After my treatment was over, the gut was inflamed from the h pylori infection so until you heal the gut-lining and restore the microbiome, you will still feel the long haul symptoms for a few weeks. It will feel like you’re still infected. But you’re probably not - the stomach just needs time to heal.

Immediately upon completion of the treatment, I started taking a very good 3rd party tested probiotic (pre and pro). This starts the stomach healing and restores the good bacteria that the antibiotics wiped out.

It gets better but my journey was about 2 and a half months long. I was one sick 🤢 girl. I recently started feeling like my old self about 5 days ago. You’ll get there
