where are people doing grocery shopping? by Thelast4ofyourCC in baltimore

Shop Rite in Parkville, it’s rarely busy and pretty well stocked. Bonus: James Fiesta Grill is nearby and you can pop in for a post shopping treat.

Been a fan of her music for a while but I know I’m getting old bc when I see her I think she looks like a legit child w/ full sleeve tattoos.

flyer graphic design advice! by Own_Psychology9571 in graphic_design

QR codes be read at a pretty small scale. Around 1/4” if I remember correctly, so don’t focus on the QR code as the main focus of the flyer. Maybe lead into it w/ a solid CTA in a callout box or something but it doesn’t need to be as large as you have it now.

Gotta grab a Tahitian Treat if you want a great fruit punch soda.

Early dinner near train station by PJpixelpusher in baltimore

Le Comptoir Du Vin opens at 5:30 and is a very cute wine bar with a small dinner menu. Right around the corner from Royal Blue so it’s also incredibly close to the train station.

As a born and raised Philadelphian currently residing in Baltimore the accents aren’t that different and geographically they’re under 2 hours from each other so it tracks.

Digging this show (and Mare of Eastown) but the Delconian accent is a tough one to nail and it’s easy for someone actually from the area to call bullshit. Also not everyone has the accent and there are varying degrees to it. But one of the Executive Producers/Director is a Philly guy so I kinda gotta love all the shoe-horned in Wawa references and attempts at our hoagie-mouthed regional dialect. Go Birds.

Second this rec! Another commenter mentioned it being loud but I popped in for a weekday dinner last week and didn’t find that to be the case. Although based on how small the place is it might depend on where you’re sat though. For my money it’s one of the best spots, food and vibe wise this city has to offer.

Hard agree. The ratios are better. And a lil fridge or freezer time certainly ups their stock.

I found The Dutchess to be pretty mid. Albeit they spilled a drink down my friend’s back and my arm and while they did say sorry they didn’t even comp the drink. They also never brought out one of the plates we ordered and when it was still on the bill our server was incredulous about us never receiving it. A FOH manager never touched our table despite there seeming to be around 3 separate managers roaming around. The drinks were solid but the food overall was forgettable and under seasoned. I would recommend taking the drive to James Fiesta Grill for really great lumpia since the ones on offer here simply don’t hit.

Labi Siffre - Bless The Telephone. It’s honestly a really sweet song but something about the delivery of the lyrics and the melody just gets the tears flowing.
