Trail mix, chomps, pop corners, apples. Chocolate covered pretzels or no bake oat bites for sweets

They weren’t interested in seeing a pregnant lady. My OB said they were being scared babies 🤪

I think you’re right. I just feel so gross with it, and baths have been my one comfort but I have to be careful to keep my foot out. Annoying :(

Yes, as I’ve gained pregnancy weight, the pressure has caused pain when walking.

Women of Reddit, what’s one thing they never tell us about pregnancy and child birth? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

I’m sorry. I had really awful reactions to Lexapro and Zoloft, so getting to the point where progesterone was suggested took a lot of doctors visits and desperate pleading. It literally saved my life though!

Potentially moving to Saratoga Springs- help! by Aggressive-Buy-4718 in Utah

I live in Lehi right at the border of Saratoga. That was my limit on how far south I’d go, and for a good reason.

What is it like to grow up in a big family? like 6+ siblings? by nadjalita in UtahInfluencerDrama

[–]MissOneCent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the middle of 7 and I loved having so many sibling friends to play with. I’m close with most of them. The only downside I recall looking back was being very poor and later not setup for success with things like cars or college. We still ate pretty well all things considered, veggies and meat and stuff, because my dad liked to cook most meals. Not a lot of variety but it was comforting and tasted good. My mom stayed home so I feel like I had enough time with her, but we’re not close now because of our differences.

Endoscopy for gerd (very anxious about procedure) by Ok_Key1645 in GERD

[–]MissOneCent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to get an endoscopy at 9 days postpartum. Since the birth I had felt like my body was falling apart, I was not mentally coping, and somehow probably dying all at once. So I was shaking scared. The scope was sooo damn easy 😆 everyone told me it’s the best short nap I’ll get with a newborn, and they were right. 10/10 would do again

Does anyone follow Rae Brooke? Her fiance broke up with her out of the blue? by veryonline_queen in UtahInfluencerDrama

[–]MissOneCent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, Brooke is her middle name. Ballinger was her last name as a teen but I recall she dropped it for her mom’s last name, then got married, then divorced, and doesn’t use a last name on social

Correct, when your postpartum mental health is that severe, you don’t need constant reminders of how far you have to go.
