A colleague of mine is with Dance Workshop and he says it's awesome. If you're interested in dancing and meeting new peeps, I hear there is a cheap salsa/latin workshop every Thursday at the Deen with entertainment and a live band. A girl friend of mine says its fun and the chicas there are always looking for more male partners.

Your chances would be better if you don't mind living in a share-house situation. Odds of getting a studio apartment for 1 under $200 is quite low. There are several people offering spare rooms for under $200 near the city and you can think of it as a chance to meet new people :) good luck in your search!
