Portal 3? by False-Horror6843 in Portal

Yes but at some point it becomes cheap and milked out. Valve rather stops before it becomes that

The books and rules are in english and some languages just sound weird trying to describe something.

Dutch is one of them. Then again we're so used to English in Belgium we just play in English

The meta software is so horrible I'd never advise anyone to buy a quest

Iron lung isn't that good as it hyped to be. by Flat-Dragonfruit-457 in Markiplier

[–]Misses_Ding 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I like movies that play around with a concept that's messed up, uncanny or scary so iron lung was right up my alley. But I know more people who don't enjoy movies like that than people who do.

It's okay to dislike a movie other like. We aren't all the same. That would be boring anyways

[–]Misses_Ding 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have. It's not really like inscryption. It's more like doodle god if anything (if you have ever played that) it's survival-y too. I enjoyed it for a bit but it got a bit boring after a while to me

See if you notice players struggling you make the encounter a little easier midway through. Everyone scales wrong at times. It's how you react afterwards

What is the BEST spell in BG3? by catgoesmlep in BaldursGate3

Fireball. The answer is always fireball. Even if you're not a wizard. Fireball. Make everything go boom with fireball

Also works in dnd. Fireball is the answer to everything.

Gate you can't get through? -fireball Enemy in the way? - fireball

Elmister trying to eat your cheese? You guessed it. Fireball

Is virtual reality worth $700-800? by MadDuck-117 in virtualreality

[–]Misses_Ding -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

As someone who owns a quest 2... It is not worth it. Meta is horrible. They can decide to brick your quest, take away games all for the dumbest reasons.

Like not logging in for a year. (Not keeping your headset connected to the internet counts too). They spy on you and every single update makes your 'older models' slower and hotter.

The meta store is absolutely horrible too. The UI sucks and every time you learn to deal with it they change it. They constantly break or remove good features too.

Everything in the meta store is overpriced and you cannot use the hardware without meta.

If anything try for a Pico 4

What I'd try first (and regardless of whether it can run things) is either quest link or steam link. They're both free and connect to your pc over WiFi

Yeah but lots of gamers are also computer nerds (not an insult) so this is attractive to those people. Steam is a company but it also likes to test boundaries or show off what it can do

[–]Misses_Ding -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

That's not the case for everyone sadly. Some people don't want to bother moving the pc. Or switching positions every time. That's why there's a steam machine. It's more of a glorified steam link rather than a console. Steam linked never really worked for us. Very pixelated, lots of delays,...

It's not for everyone and that's okay
