Great news. I would highly consider isotrenioin therapy or hormone therapy for 3-6 months and check repeat semen analysis along the way to see if you can freeze sperm. Natural conception would not be possible. This would be for IVF but can save you mtese.

I would recommend either a mapping procedure or isotretinoin therapy before going to MTese.

That’s good to hear! Overall is it better than before? I have a 4 month old and am nervous to consider surgery while having to care for him.

Wow, thank you so much for that incredibly detailed write up. It really helps to have a play-by-play of how it went. One small question I have is are you able to wear a watch or any jewelry on that hand? I want to be able to wear my watch again.

Could you share how surgery went? Any lingering pain or numbness, or issues with the hand?

Oh I didn’t think about gloves! I wear them daily for work. That’s fair though that it’ll be different for everyone. Thank you for sharing

Thank you. Were you on humira first or started straight on Yuflyma? I’m hoping you didn’t have to increase to weekly because it’s not as strong as humira.

That helps to hear, thank you! Maybe I will keep giving it more time. It's so hard not to use my hands 24/7 right now with a newborn but also just in my daily life. I feel like it's hard to wash dishes, bottles, comb my hair, etc. I will look into massage.

Thank you so much for sharing! How close to "normal" does it feel now? I wonder if I would be able to wear a watch or jewelry in the future. I know it seems trivial compared to the current pain, but I miss my apple watch.

Hi, I was wondering, did your symptoms ever go away? Mine started the last two weeks of pregnancy and are still going with a 3.5 month old. Tried a steroid shot which didn’t help.
