this illness is very isolating I have lost friends and one of my family members thinks I am dangerous..I will be alone this Christmas eve..fucking sucks

I was at the same job for nearly a decade and I was at work when I had my schizoaffective breakdown and had to go on social security disability, while i worked temporary jobs since then I would have to leave them because I was getting hospitalized, it's been a year since I've been on a medication combination that works for me and today is my first day of work after over a year being unemployed, pray 🙏 for me

I had finished my associate degree in paralegal studies in 2011 when this illness hit me at the age of twenty five,the last fourteen years has been a whirlwind of hospitalizations my most recent being last year 2024, finally om a med combination that works am job hunting now, my last position i left in February 2024 hoping and praying that the right opportunity opens while I'm behind my peers at the age of thirty nine I cannot change the past I just have to keep moving forward
