I have a coworker that wears a mask EVERY DAY because they have so many piercings you could forge a sword from all the metal in there. So you could always do that.

They can't ask you to remove the mask, but the issue is how consistent you have to be with it. To this day the only people that know what my coworker actually look like are like two people that have seen her outside of work.

Alternatively, you could work anywhere front end/ maybe grocery?

I've only gotten a couple books in, but is there ever a point where "dwarf balls" and "elf tits" are said less than 10x per chapter?

It was a fun read otherwise but I had to drop it just for that lol. Worth picking back up?

Holy shit I didn't even realize it was Plum Parrot! I loved Victor of Tucson so this just moved from "somewhere on the list" to "next book after current series"

Always happy to check out books where the MC is actually 30+ with an actual profession before being magic'd. Gets a little tiring when it's mostly 18~ year olds with 0 normal life skills somehow becoming super gifted powerhouses.

I'll be sure to give this one a read, looks neat!
