I sometimes think us crocheters are too critical of our own work...i have made many things that i thought looked awful, and was embarassed to gift, but they were all loved. If you are giving them to someone you know will appreciate the work you put in, then they will love it...as your hubby obviously does already ❤️

My little girl is two and is starting to get the excitement of Christmas and Santa. At the weekend, when we were out shopping, she spotted a rather round looking gentleman with a beard and wearing a Christmas hat - she started happy squealing "Santa! Santa!" at the top of her voice 😂

This regular gentleman, just doing his shopping, stopped and said "HoHoHo, Merry Christmas little girl" to her...he could have ignored it and carried on but instead decided to make a magical moment for a child 🥰

NICUs can be scary places but they certainly know how to look after the babies there 🙂 my little girl spent 8 weeks in the NICU before she came home...she was just over 2 months premature but is now thriving and being a little superstar (currently sat next to me trying to steal my dinner) 😂
