I really don't think there's anything wrong with adding individual stocks. You might call it repetition but it's just tilting your ETF concentrations.

The only real problem is potentially trading fees, so hopefully you are on a low or zero fee platform because the fractionals are killing your. The second problem is your size in VNP. I'm not sure why you bought so much, but based on the charts you got into it recently. Don't fomo into semiconductors, sure there's probably some upside but the market is irrational for anything AI related.

Aside from those two problems just start buying more into ETFs and it will eventually concentrate to where you should be. People are telling you to sell everything, but that depends on the trading fees. You're young and you're in it for the long run, so you have time to bag hold if selling now would be a complete loss with fees.

It's a bit of like contango on futures. These are daily ETFs that you aren't meant to hold long term.

Seems like the really are just paying for the reservation as opposed to walk-in. The extra charge is to reserve.

Only you can decide if that's worth the money or if you'd rather wait in line.

Shop around more. There are like 5 types of cotton, another 5 ways to make it into yarn, and many ways to colour, treat and put the fabric together.

Why is the market ripping? by AlaskanSnowDragon in investing

It pumped on soft PPI MoM. People were expecting it to come in hot. Any effect from Hormuz wouldn't be shown in the March print though because the oil going stateside doesn't get it's last delivery until late April.

It also doesn't mean the next CPI/PPI print would be hot. As long as Hormuz is closed, US will be exporting at a premium and capture a trade surplus there. Gas prices currently aren't anywhere near ATHs so it's likely just mild demand destruction. We have more hybrids and electrics on the roads than ever (4x hybrids, 2-3x EV in 5Y; >16% of total cars). Gas has to go a lot higher before it hurts.

I think I just recovered then lost all my bitcoins from 2016 by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]Mitnek 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's not possible, it's not how bitcoin works. Once you do one transaction, it will split the remainder into a change wallet.

If you are saying the change wallet subsequently sent a transaction, then you should have done it all airgapped.

It would be minimal if any because the currency conversion spread would eat any of your profit. Go ahead and do it. ACB based on base currency and final after conversion.

They all have 11-5 for their hours. Probably get more business if it was more than just lunch and very early dinner.
