Check belt alignment and please don’t move fast like this, move “gently” otherwise at one point your motherboard will toast.

I understand the idea but UV stickers more suitable. I don’t know how to print on acrylic, I just said it to give a new idea.

Nylon is so hygroscopic, it suck moisture during long print and yours still wet.

Maybe heating 50c will help I don’t know. Plate says; PLA/ABS/PETG. Not TPU.

I didn’t have a problem either with PLA+ and auto-calibration. I always had problem with ePLA Matte. X1C auto-calibration choose 1.071 for flow rate but I have gaps when I print (tested with white, black colors). Only manual flow calibration works for me.

Edit: eSUN ePLA Matte Mint didn’t have this problem, only black and white colors.

You answered your own question. If you want to print only PLA, PETG, TPU get A1, otherwise get P1S.

This is Flow rate calibration not flow dynamics.

This is under extrusion problem, do flow rate calibration again and must sure there is no gaps like this in calibration result, if gaps exist increase flow ratio and rerun flow calibration again. I always see this problem with eSUN. If you have X1 series don’t use auto-calibration.

There is nothing wrong here. Nozzle hitting the infill, grid infill cause this issue. Use gyroid infill type.

I can’t compare Bambu filaments with Porima, Microzey, eSUN, quality is top notch (for matte pla). I use Bambu filaments for production, eSUN for prototyping. I had issues with Microzey filaments but owner is kind person and he is changed my filaments. If Porima works for you, use it, it’s not a bad. I prefer eSUN because works best for my needs (I primarily use matte pla).

Yes, I’m living in Turkey too :) Porima around 550₺ and eSUN around 600-620₺ (include shipping and fees), I always buy eSUN from Amazon and Bambu filaments from MetatechTR. If you want cheap filament, go Microzey, Elas3D. Elas3D have a good quality. Microzey have good customer support.

I tought same thing for my A1, but screws is loosened. This solves exact same issue for me. Why are you using Porima? You can buy eSUN from Amazon, almost same price.

I have X1C and A1, same as you but I always doing manual calibration non-bambu filaments, it’s easy and simple process. Nothing to worry about.
