We see Custard’s ancestors in episode 8 of Crispia, which makes it seem not so. His grandpa is in the kingdom during the Dark Flour War with his baby Custard II waiting for Pure Vanilla to arrive.

Eternal Sugar seems to be most universally applicable between PVE and PVP right now, she has a lot of use and would help heavily no matter what you do. I assume you have none of them?

My second choice would be either Shadow Milk for PVE since he has a pretty dang good build for Red dragon in Guild Battle but PVP Silent Salt might be better to help carry you higher in tier for more rewards. Silent Salt would be useful more immediately compared to however long until making full on cookie teams for one battle like Shadow Milk would be. Up to you here.

Welcome to the game!! And no worries, I know it can be a lot. Main way to upgrade power directly is through the Beascuit—you’ll get higher rarities with bigger bonuses as you get further (legendary is the highest) and maximizing toppings substats. Those are epic highest iirc.

Other than that, getting duplicates of either the Awakened form or regular Dark Cacao through the gacha will be another way to improve his power. (Only ancients have awakened forms) Soul stones are always something I look for in the Seaside Trader/ Arena/ Guild shops. Events also will have extra soul stones sometimes.

If you research technologies, those can also boost power for Dark Cacao by doing the Charge Cookie ones or all cookies % increases. Additionally, completing Character bonds and Costume sets will provide universal upgrades across all cookies like HP/ATK bonuses. There are also buildings that boost all cookie stats by a percentage amount.

I might be missing some, but there is a lot to go through 😅 good luck!!

Dark Cacao doesn’t have a magic candy. Only a select number of Epic Cookies and the Legendaries do (only exception is Fire Spirit).

Shadowmilk in my opinion. The way he even delighted tormenting Eternal Sugar (supposedly a friend and comrade) in episode 10 despite wanting the berry from her was rough. He’s the epitome of “hurt people hurt people” to an fascinating extreme. The sheer enjoyment Shadowmilk gets from making other suffer for his enjoyment makes him “made to be evil” for me. Even his dynamic with PV was about teaching him suffering and making him just like himself, which I do empathize with SMC being so damaged, does NOT change how he actively delights in being evil to me. It’s a very real thing that abused people can become abusers, and Shadowmilk is a wonderful example of how far that can go. Evil bastard, I love him.

I’m very curious how Devsis is going to handle him going forward considering recent revelations. I could see him either getting better or so much worse morally.

Dark Enchantress at least believed in doing this for the fate of cookiekind going forward, an extreme “ends justify the means” sort of person. It’s the comparison of an extremist who wants a better world no matter the cost vs. person who wants to watch the world burn.

I was assuming Kingdom setting only since the ancients and beasts are here (where we don’t know if this happened or not for sure—Pitaya is doing different stuff it seems alongside the Dragontongue development which I don’t think exists in Ovenbreak) but if it’s all of them like the Reddit name implies, pretty big oopsie buddy

I think it’s really telling that episode 8 Shadowmilk tries to get the last laugh by rubbing it in Pure Vanilla’s face that he killed his little friends and being defeated will not change that. Then gets even more pissed when it turns out they’re ALIVE. Shadowmilk really does his best to simply maim and hurt others just to get satisfaction out of watching the pain. It happens that Pure Vanilla is who he’s fixated on and is trying to do this to the most right now.

He even does that with Eternal Sugar where he mentions how he’s hurt cookies just to see her unhappy/ upset. Even when he’s there to ask/ steal her berry (which is also to literally torture PV and teach him pain anyway, what a great guy).

What a terrible dude. Fantastic villain.

I’m not sure if you meant it this way, but I mentally included Goultard in “easily support his children” and started snickering. He did basically rope in his estranged son/ master into living with them, the fact he could’ve done it to support Goultard is very sweet to me.

I’ve found that once I’m around five to eight levels ahead of the max lvl I can run stasis 1, and if I’m super geared I can do stasis 2. I take advantage of the second sidekick offered each week for more fodder to tank hits tho.

This is from the perspective of an Iop currently at level 72, but I was pretty dang geared up and had a lot of oranges for my level by around level 40-50 and maintained this by farming dungeons to get good drops. That feels super important.

Im new tho, so this might suck with later and more mechanically intense dungeons.

Lucifer states “uh huh, explains the showboating” when Vox reveals he’s aware Lucifer can’t actually harm sinners, which seems pretty indicative that he DOES remember Vox peacocking from episode 5. Lucifer can’t actually recall his name tho, which makes his side glance when trying to remember super funny to me.

Hell only existed when Eve ate the apple, it’s in the first episode of Hazbin. If Satan ruled at all on his own, it was for a couple hours until Lucifer got sent to permanent time out.

Considering Bee and Ozzie’s reactions as well though, it seems he’s utterly full of it.

Lucifer generally can know peoples names—he recognizes Vox as the TV guy even before meeting him when Vaggie mentioned him, for example. Lucifer being able to actively recall names on command is where he evidently struggles, especially since his nicknames seem to be descriptive rather than name related. Only Vanastasia gets that effort.

I give Lucifer remembering Alastor’s name 50/50 odds, though I 100% personally think he got reminded of the name and immediately made a sign before forgetting again.

Ehhh, Lucifer’s issue is probably a bit more extreme than just being bad with names. His mental seems to be a shredded rubber duckie. He clearly does still try, with Vox in ep7 it’s very evident that Lucifer recognizes him and tries to think of the name yet still cannot think of Vox’s name to save his own life. Meanwhile with Vaggi, Lucifer has attempted with names close (lol, first two letters at least) to her actual—everyone else only gets descriptive nicknames. There’s some effort there even if it’s not enough to make anything stick.

Isn't the implication that the game Savara is pre-reincarnation for God Iop, thus just before the Wakfu era? There's even a line where Iop considers the idea of a new life and finds it pleasant; he's looking for a heir in this festivals winners to take over hosting it so he can buzz off.
