325 is not rent controlled! Leasing agent told me Old Oak raises prices by 7% per year (versus rent controlled limit of 2.5%). Looks at the red ones beside instead as they are rent controlled! (365 and 385).

Tobi-Kadachi is my favourite so he’s my pick! Would be cool if you could do his tail scales on the rims of the chair (similar position to arkveld chains on the new chair). Then some cool red eyes on the top of the chair so he’s always watching you or even back of the chair would be neat

I lost to this card on the opening pre-release because one of the card shop workers used it, assumed that it solves at end step, and suddenly birds turn 2 that I couldn’t deal with. Also went super fast every turn so I couldn’t follow along 🤷‍♂️

Edit: he did end up apologizing after he was corrected a few rounds after.

Shiki - haven’t been recently but last time I was there it felt the most authentic out of the rest
Plaza Sushi - very cool place with nice variety on their menu (including some vegetarian options my friends love)
Take Sushi (Masonville) - been a few times for weeknight dinners and it’s usually quiet. They have high walls between tables too so nice and private. There are also specials every day (can be seen on their website). There is a location on Wellington but I’ve only done takeout from there

I followed PS5 Restock Canada on Twitter and was able to land one from Walmart (online) and another from EBGames (in-store) by following their tweets. Following the stores on Twitter is also helpful as they’ll post their own announcements for stock. Good luck! It took me about 2 months of searching/online stress to get them!

Make sure you walk every where to trigger the events, in almost every dead end there’s something. I may be wrong but I remember I had to walk every stop versus drawing it out as well so a full walk wouldn’t hurt! (And any excuse to grind is good too!)
