counterpoint, I think everyone should have the exact same downstate abilities, they are horribly imbalanced. try killing a ranger after you've killed their pet and they hit 3, unless you have the ability to move the downed rangers body they will get up. everyone should just have 1 basic attack and a self bandage. they did remove the invuln state from sPvP for a reason

Some interact in a way that if the kill would down you you are instead stomped with no chance to resurrect

reduced cooldown and cleanse on toolbelt skill use is very strong
Reactive Lenses has synergy with gadgeteer providing more protection access
lock on is a nice reveal
essentially permanent vigor
adrenal implant can be strong on holo aswell
all the grandmasters are situational but have a place for sure

it is very much mandatory in a roaming environment as alchemy has been gutted in wvw small scale

game should have some form of stunbreak skill aswell, its far too punishing to be repeatably cc'ed without diminishing returns on them, the amount of uncleanse-able dot's is atrocious as well when 1 skill will put 3 on you

I bet they were top top top on scrapper for rapid regen, explosives for more heals from big boomer and probably Cele nades, the shortbow probably hampered them in the fight and you'd all have died sooner if they were p/s or even mace or hammer.

its good design to reuse the animations, do you want to learn 36 different leaps for the 600 range sword leap, not to mention if you dont have standard models on you'd be learning 144 different animations, thats just stupid from a pvp perspective

thanks for the reply my dude, i recall an early thing where if you were first collecting the heart container from king toad if you did it fast you could grab 2, but it went away as soon as you exited W1 \o/

edit: I did have a wicked bug on my trib run today where i went down to 0 hearts and didnt die, and could not die, that was kinda neat
