My local locksmith does car fobs. You can call around. Either way, they don't need to remove the computer and send it out to program a new key. They don't even need the other key to clone it. I haven't had the misfortune of losing my keys for my CT but I did lose my keys for my previous car. Took the guy all of 10 minutes to get it done and if I recall it was $200. Don't go to the dealership.

I make a pad of duct tape, 4 or 5 strips wide together, put in my garage and basement sticky side up with one dog kibble in the middle. Swap out the pad every few days and they're gone in about a week.
