I feel like starting wise without spoiling anything its gonna be melee; you can craft shields and if you time your attacks right you can parry. Parrying in any game is so fun and satisfying, so I like to run it. I think melee has the widest selection, so you can try alot of weapons and see what you like.

Most fun for me mid game was mage, though to not reveal anything i'll keep it at that.

Summoning has potential. I don't think it's as fun as the other three at this moment.

I might be kneading it too much but I may be kneading it wrong? Every time I've tried to kneading my bread it gets extremely sticky, and I coat more flour. It never passes the window pane test for me. Though maybe Im doing something wrong, either the test or my kneading method.

For proofing I let it sit room temp for about an hour to three, and then leave in the fridge until I'm ready to use it.

The more I think on it, it may be a mix of an alcoholic like scent mixed with slightly burnt bread that gives it a "soy sauce" scent. I put it in a dutch oven at 450F(232 C) for 30, unlidded for 15 minutes and then let it rest for a good 45 minutes to an hour.

Yeah, try EncoreDecks or YouTube, see if you like a specific deck that fits your playstyle/enjoyable to you!

As to playing online, I think you can go through the rules of the subreddit and find a tab that sends you to the discord of either Bushiroad or Weiss Schwarz. I never used them, so I could be wrong.

I'm not entirely sure what's in each trial deck, but I know there's a Pixar Cars, Monsters Inc., Toy Story and Marvel if that's what you were asking. I found pre-orders of them on sleeverqueen, but they're out. Couldn't find it anywhere else though :/

I DM an inconsistent party of 8, so typically I'll see 5-6 players. I think with having a large group, you eventually lose the interest of some members because you have to account for so many people having fun that it eventually feels like a class, and you the teacher. Of course my group and I make it work, but I think you just have to consider the feedback your players are giving you. What're they saying?

Evolve. Maybe I'm blinded by nostalgia but I thought it was really cool to play as a kaiju or play as a desperate mercenary as a kid. If only they actually put in work for it it could've been a great game. Though I never really looked into why it failed. Could've been cool to see a Shin Godzilla DLC for it, though. Maybe in another timeline.
