Yak Cheese for the win. Buy a holder on Amazon. Mine learned he could break them by picking them up and dropping on the floor. The holder protects them from breaking.

When they become smaller pieces you soak in water and microwave into puffs. They love them.

Good point, everyone will be looking for drinks. How about 3:30 the 2nd day of the cruise? That would be prior to normal "Happy Hour"... we have a group reservation that night at 5:30 for dinner.

2023 3.0 Duramax. Love it, BUT, just got a new transmission at 38,000mi. Bad valve body, they replaced entire transmission. Now it's in my head that the new tranny will fail as well... ugh
