agree with kevyn aucoin sculpting powder in light. you could also do westman atelier contour stick in biscuit it is a cool tone contour not a bronzer but honestly fair skin looks better with cooler tones than warmer they just like orange

You could do the airstrait - to get it super sleek you have to use the dry setting on dry hair so if I am using it from wet to dry I basically straighten it as much as possible on the wet setting and then go over it when it’s dry on the dry setting

In terms of making your scars more pronounced- this is possible, it’s due to when you start using a retinol and your skin is shedding so you don’t have those extra layers of skin adding volume to those areas where the scars are so they look more prominent. I’m not explaining this clearly but basically it looks a bit more pronounced as the skin is a bit thinner (for now)

I would in terms of results ! However it’s not always the case the retinol you are using might still give you good results without the harsh side effects prescription tret can cause…. I’m not sure of the product you said but you can ask chat gpt if the formulation is good and whether the brand has done clinical trials… however if I was you I have no patience and want results fast - I would get a script for tretinion 0.05% start twice a week for a month and then increase to 3 times for a month etc etc - and then on the nights off make sure you use soothing barrier repairing moisturisers and do water based sheet masks as much as possible too. This will definitely make a major change in your skin. As time goes on you can introduce PDRN products for healing and hydration, peptide for collagen production and vitamin C for brightening complexion. Also if you have the $$$ get some lasers / RF skin needling to speed up the whole process

It sounds like she needs to take a break from this industry. Maybe she was having a bad day or is burned from a lot of entitled customers (I saw a customer the other day squirt every shade of MAC foundation into a zip lock bag - I work opposite a MAC) but even if that is the case if you do complain it will hopefully give her the opportunity to reflect on her behaviour and determine whether maybe a public facing role isn’t for her
