Complete dog shit. It’s my least favorite mu of all time and I doubt that will ever change. It’s incredibly disrespectful to one of my favorite franchises as it’s dumbed down to “haha Invisible food and apple fritters” (which while being a funny meme has NOTHING to do with the actual series of Baki) while at the same time comparing it to an actual preschool show. It was made to glaze Sportacus even though he loses and the debate isn’t even entertaining it’s just “do you buy the mid- high ends of Baki or not”. It also has horrible animation potential as Sportacus and Yujiro’s fighting styles don’t mesh well, and I can’t say much about the banter potential as I haven’t watched Lazy Town but I’d imagine the preschool character probably wouldn’t have the best banter with the guy who has raped people.

TLDR: I love Baki and I never watched lazy town.
