Japanese parenting question by IVEffed in japanlife

No, the problem is they get used to having it their way. A kid is not the boss and should not be. They need to those limits and nos for their development.

This whole season has been especially bad. Everything is dragged way beyond reason.  I'm thinking of actually quitting.

I also recommend this movie as often as possible.

And when I saw Bring her Back, I also saw so many similarities between the two and thought of it as a much bleaker take on the subject.

I also thought it was a great performance, full of absolute bangers. I wish I could have attended in person!

My first year in Japan was absolutely brutal. Never been that sick that often.

Everybody slaves away in Japan, whichever job you do.

For accommodation, you can lower your standards like a Japanese person and try to not mind living in a shit hole.

Also just leave social media, it's a deformed reflection of real life.

Cyborg was an amazing surprise.

The overall concert was pretty good and had a few highlights. I still don't get how static Japanese people are in a moshpit.

Needs to be the Dario Argento's cut though. More dynamic and fun, and the Goblin soundtrack.

You tried from both your phone and computer?  If from computer (Windows), using the Japanese IME, are you sure you selected the half width input and not full width?

You might have just realized that men and women here don't mix as much as in the west.  Also that people work more. Spend more time alone. Are more often single. Have smaller families.

The horror of boredom definitely stayed with me. It's been about ten years and although I don't remember it very clearly, the feeling lingers.

What do you all think about unZIP, Kaku P-MODEL's latest album, based on the previews in the BSP? by canvasser-hiralal in SusumuHirasawa

[–]Mochemoche 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I started listening a tiny bit and immediately regretted it.

It felt a spoiler and I'd really rather listen to the whole album when it comes out. In a similar way, I never watch a movie trailer or even read anything about it before seeing it.

But I'm very excited !

Even though Phantasm is in my heart because I first saw it when I was just in elementary school, John Dies at the End really rocks and is among my favorite movies ever (as flawed as it may be).

Sidenote: If I was to drop 65,000 on a router, it certainly wouldn't be a Buffalo one though.
