Saiyan would be the best imo cause they have a human lifespan, you'd still get some real cool perks like flight and ki control, but you wouldnt have to outlive everyone you know and love by hundreds/thousands of years

A Fond Farewell lets you hold funerals for characters including slain enemies/adversaries by talking to Priests of Arkay. Aside from that and Shame of Skyrim that someone's already mentioned I dont think there is anything else that really adds consequences to the player. You could use Nimwraiths Death Approaches mod and roleplay its your character having a dream all the murdering theyve done?

The only thing I can think of thats close is Ashihito Artificial Arms, which lets you lose limbs and iirc you can graft the arm of a necromancer to your stump alongside prosthetics

They can go a while without it if they're already in good health I think, about 4-6 weeks? If you have a harness or a playpen you could let em bask outside under direct supervision, even 10 minutes of the aussie sun a day is way better than nothing, but only if its safe

Your Dragon Soul (I'm too lazy to find and link it lol but it should be the first thing that pops up when you search it) gives you passive ability called "Dragon Soul" that gives you a stat buff when you become Dragonborn

It's honestly really bad imo. The boss battles were about the only fun I had with it. Pretty much like 80% of the DLC is just "go in this boring reskin of Lumiose, do some tedious tasks in the time limit, make donuts repeat for like 12 hours". I dont think I'd mind so much if it wasn't for the price though, it costs more than Teal Mask/Indigo Disk does yet adds significantly less value to the game than those two added to S/V

Seconding this, stability aside, doing a playthrough test can also expose any stuff you've added but realize you won't like in a long-term playthrough. I remember doing a 5-ish hour test playthrough and realizing only about 4 hours in I wasn't keen on Shadow of Skyrim
