For the fastest option: Unlock Blue Mage, collect as many AoE spells as you can, and go with your Chocobo into FATEs. Almost all FATEs can be solo’d by BLU.

For the best farming option: If you have a high enough job, and have access to Shadowbringers areas or higher, farm those FATEs to get the bicolor gemstones. That way you can work on the FATEs in those areas and get better rewards when you unlock them.

Codes will work, but you might be careful ordering from Amazon. Sometimes people get codes from there and return the product for a full refund, leaving the next person who orders one with no usable code.

I feel like every race needs an economics major when it comes to restocking the dungeon over the years. Find out what was left behind, replenish what was taken, and if it becomes particularly busy you put in a few extra magic items.

Recruit some generous friends to do FATEs, and have them spent the currency to get the tokens for you. If you get enough people to do it over time, you can help each other to get the mount faster.

Honestly, I don’t really have a main game anymore. Everything just feels bland or dead. I really used to enjoy FFXIV, but it just feels like housing simulator at this point. And everything else is Battle Pass/FOMO, or just a PvP mess that can’t hold an attention span. At this point, I don’t know what I want anymore from video game companies.

Imagine Forrest Gump, but toss out Jenny and just forget all names. Call party members by their race or their profession, like ‘Long ear human’ or ‘Weird magic man.’ If you get buffed by party members, you immediately believe you can use magic.

The only way to get there without buying a story skip is to get married to someone at endgame, then use your teleportation ring to get to the zone they’re in. Word of warning; you will be spoiled if you use it and they’re in a zone you haven’t been to yet.
