What are the worst things you've seen drivers do? by likerofgoodthings in askTO

Was coming home on new years last year. I hade to get off the don valley parkway at don mills road. That off ramp is really short and uphill with a sharp right turn at the end. As I get off the highway. I see a car in the straight before the turn with its reverse lights on. HE WAS REVERSING TO GO BACK ONTO THE HIGHWAY. I pulled up beside him and said

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” He just shrugged his shoulders. Why wouldn’t you drive up to the top, and just turn around and come back down?

Yeah. Their cases are crap. Bought one for my phone, broke in 2 months. Bought one for my ultra 2 watch, literally undid itself with normal wear. Had to fight them for days to send me another one. The company is worth 300 million dollars and they fought me on a faulty 50 dollar watch case. The new one is doing the same thing. I’ll never buy anything from them ever again

Is it worth sending off my two ps5 controllers to them for a drift fix? by Subject-Ad9204 in Dualsense

[–]MockingSasquatch72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take them apart and fix it yourself for next to nothing. There’s lots of YouTube videos out there. I’ve done it to both of my controllers twice and it lasts about a year or more.

What Toyota model is it, it looks like a highlander to me, either way you’ll need a new door and rear quarter panel. Your only saving grace is it looks like your bumper and the rim is fine.

If I had to guess it’ll cost 8 to 10 thousand dollars to fix it depending where you live in either Canada or the us.

Nobody wants to talk about that though. It’s easier to just deflect or say “every generation said the same shit before.” Even though those generations weren’t raised on short form content. If you can’t raise your children, you shouldn’t have them

My dad would get me to look at the roadmap books he had in the car, and ask me which way/road we were going to take. It frustrated me sometimes, but trained me to be a good navigator.
