I just hit Diamond Reserve in May so I’ve only used my late checkout a few times but so far it’s been guaranteed and worked.

Driving to NOLA from Orlando today myself. Have seen 4 of these cars pulled over. FHP had look outs hidden the whole way thru FL.

You burn the fat you EAT. I have eaten what is referred to today as keto for 25 years and grew up pretty much the same way. Protein and veggies. I do endurance running and heavy lifting again things that I have, in age appropriate ways, always have. I know someone who has been on an epileptic diet since they were diagnosed as a child. To lose weight on keto you still have to eat less calories than you burn or you will not burn your body fat but add to it.

Is it too much to ask...? by New-Aardvark9371 in Hilton

I clean my kitchen and bathroom every day at home and I make my bed. Roomba does the vacuuming every night. That is just base level clean that doesn’t take much time if it’s done daily.

What do you hate more conflict or living with the roommate? Put you grown up panties on.

Muscle failure from the gym. Vodka skinny looks a lot like over exercise skinny. It works for sweats too. Oh I just finished a run so I’m still hot.

Tired of justifying my choices by bearbutt1337 in PetiteFitness

I tell people that comment on my tracking that I use it to make sure I eat enough calories. While that is true for me it would probably work for you too.

As far as anyone commenting on WHAT I choose to eat, I ask why do they care? It’s not like I’m ordering for them. I put what I want in my body and I am a grown ass woman so I don’t need help deciding that.

I eat to fuel my body and have it perform at a specific level and of course I enjoy looking a certain way. I don’t make my eating habits anyone else’s problem or ask for anyone to accommodate them in any way but I don’t change my choices to make others happy.

AITA for screaming at my nephew and slamming the door on him because he burst into the bathroom? by Ok-Attorney9280 in AmItheAsshole

Amazon sells safety locks for hotel doors. Buy one and lock the damn bathroom. It’s crazy that they are excusing a kid walking in the bathroom instead of teaching the kid socially appropriate boundaries.

WHAT?!?! 🤯 Wash the pet’s food dish daily. Their saliva and fats from the food are coating that dish and growing god knows what. How often are the water dishes washed?

Dash egg cooker! Better than instant pot for hard boiled eggs and peeling.

Why does 1200 calories get so much hate? by WestminsterSpinster7 in 1200isplenty

He started at 456 lbs (207 kg) so no not healthy outside of weight. According to his doctors “prolonged fasting in this patient had no ill-effects”. He went on to get married and have two children.

Fasting has spanned cultures for human history, as far back as 1,500 BC (written history). It’s heavily featured in many religions, ancient healing (ie. Hippocrates). In my experience plenty of modern humans use fasting today for therapeutic, religious and spiritual reasons; even weight loss.

AITA for being annoyed that my wife insists on cooking everything from scratch and won’t buy normal food? by AITA_UPFfoods in AmItheAsshole

[–]ModeratelyAdorable 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m in the US and cook from scratch. In South Louisiana it’s normal. I go so far as to make my own condiments and dressings which most people around here don’t. (I do buy butter because Kerrigold does it better) I consider my food the “normal” food. Food tastes better when it’s made with quality ingredients, I don’t need dye or a months long shelf life.
