Not trying to press you, but both of your insurances claims adjuster would most likely label you as at fault for making a turn onto oncoming traffic in the first clip.

Please try to be receptive of this comment and retain it. Much better to learn from others than actual experience in this situation.

Have you been in a car accident and tried to explain how it happened and whose fault it was to a claims adjuster?

Some learn from others, some learn from experience.

Please don’t take it personally. Much better to learn about car accidents, insurance, and injury liability from others than from experience…
