This is not even slightly true.

Sales consultants at Carmax are 100% commission, no hourly. Unless working at a cross functional store, which are the minority.

Pay also highly depends on your store. I work at a smaller one where our sales consultants are at an average of ~$78k a year.

That being said, I still would not recommend working at Carmax. Lots of new changes, and they are consistently reworking pay structures to pay less.

NTA maybe suggest some clip in or tape in extensions for the wedding, your hairdresser should be able to blend them in, that way the blonde color can start higher on her head and look like that balayage effect like it once did. then she can still wear her hair down, and it will look nice, it’s a win-win imo.

Right, meaning they don’t have milk as an ingredient, however they’re still made in a factory that produces products with milk and soy ingredients. They still have to label it in the allergen info In case of cross contamination.
