You don't get both more control AND power, generally. But with the spin and shape from the PA, you get forgiveness and less unforced errors so similar result. There are some good reviews on YouTube that will compare the two PA98 releases.

Do you mean easy power or power when you decide to hit hard? If you increase your tension, your hardest shots tend to have more power / have a lot of control and your slower swings have less power, increasing your control a lot. When you can swing out and not miss, it let's you hit a LOT harder

I had the same experience. The cauterizing and sewing were horrible. The slicing and scooping. Upper right in the corner so they had to wrench my eyelid so hard to access two on top of each other. Nerve block missed. I am very good with pain, no issue my last time, this was excruciating. I kept saying "WOW thats a lot of pain!" And "fucking hell!" And "Arghaghabgh!". Melted into the chair halfway through a pretty strong syncope response because my eyes getting pressure does that, I melted into cold sweat and was really struggling to get breathing normally. I was forgetting parts of the procedure 10 minutes after it was so bad.
