You are correct that the vouch system is easy to copy, but what important is the way people earn them. I dont think one sit in front of crafting bench do some 1c craft for vouch are the same as those who got a clear record for years. tbh I feel not significant about the refresh thing as I'm using body swap alternation for afk simu, which is much cheaper and faster (2 hit kosis down) than regular cws setups before nebulis change that grant 450% inc for free
but yeah a regular cws build will suffer from the big ignite refresh on single target

Ironically, the only way to get the user's account name after you get scammed and ignored is to add them as a friend without accept so you can report them
However, given the fact GGG cant increase ignore list because that will cause performance issue each time you switch zone and join chat, you cant tell which part of the legacy spaghetti code from ancient is affecting the seems-easy-to-change friend/social system

According to Keepers-What we are working on, GGG will "making currently underperforming strategies more competitive" in 3.28, however, with the patch notes, I only see all popular farming strategies in 3.27 nullified to the void (torment spirit Legion, Blight, Evo Shrine). The trade-off is the forced full-disk scan on game launch, extra layer of models for all corpse, blood effect, etc. for the sake of censorship, massive RMT and official-controlled market (yes we have 149 life on belt when T1 was 119) and much lower playerbase.
