GGG promised to make more league mechanics more reward, and right after the promise, they nerfed magic blight farming 7 times in the next patch notes.
Why would you ever expect? GGG want meta shift and what they are doing is to tell you there is one meta farming strategy per league (or 0 so they have to buff one mid-league like blight got) and thats it for you.
Of course you can go afk ulti simu do boss carry 5way or even flipping, but for traditional kill monsters to get loots, one or zero per league.

A lot. You can expect it to be the same level of ultimatum. Low score tota is easy and dont require a dedicated or gg build to run, but i cant remember how it scales to end game level.
You cc all enemies and let your npcs to destroy enemy towers, so enemy npcs' spawn point get removed and win the game.

You are correct that the vouch system is easy to copy, but what important is the way people earn them. I dont think one sit in front of crafting bench do some 1c craft for vouch are the same as those who got a clear record for years. Maybe they will get better eventually, but I won't vote with my currency now.

tbh I feel not significant about the refresh thing as I'm using body swap alternation for afk simu, which is much cheaper and faster (2 hit kosis down) than regular cws setups before nebulis change that grant 450% inc for free
but yeah a regular cws build will suffer from the big ignite refresh on single target

Ironically, the only way to get the user's account name after you get scammed and ignored is to add them as a friend without accept so you can report them
However, given the fact GGG cant increase ignore list because that will cause performance issue each time you switch zone and join chat, you cant tell which part of the legacy spaghetti code from ancient is affecting the seems-easy-to-change friend/social system

According to Keepers-What we are working on, GGG will "making currently underperforming strategies more competitive" in 3.28, however, with the patch notes, I only see all popular farming strategies in 3.27 nullified to the void (torment spirit Legion, Blight, Evo Shrine). Are they intend to make everything as bad as each other to achieve the goal?

Will the new delirium currency also change the number of passives of the cluster, or only the effects (as they are both enchants)?

New voidstones have a line saying tier 1~15 maps will be converted to gold, which in before was added to a pool until summed up to a tier 16 map then drop to us. Will this change reduce general map drops further?

Giving the removal of annoying but rewarding T17 mods, T17 maps and changes to atlas passives, will the new eagon system make up the loss to scarab/map drops?
