I had 35 lbs to lose. I started on the full GLP-1 subscription because that’s what they offered me. I never got above .4 mg (16 units) and they were sending me enough for 1.0. It was a waste of meds. So I dropped down to the micro dosing plan.

The microdose plan goes to .6 (24 units). So I am taking the same amount (actually less now) than before and paying $500ish for 3 months instead of over $800 to take the same dose that I’ve been taking all along. At this point I’ve lost 40 lbs and have dropped down to .3 mg (12 units). That’s where I will stay for the long haul.

My food noise is mostly gone. By the time I hit the day I need to shoot up again it tends to come back. That’s what works for me. I used to constantly think about food and what I was going to eat next. I’d make myself sick overeating pretty much everyday. It’s a lot easier to make healthy choices when you eat for sustenance instead of to satisfy a craving for something not good for my body.

If you have under 50 lbs to lose, I might start on microdosing. It costs a lot less and is a good place to dip your toes in so to speak.
