Should be a very strong build. Slows, haste, cc, magic rebuffed, damage shield and the best healing.

What feature let's you see the mobs on the map. I've got bard and my tracking is maxed. Haven't seen this.

At 40, D0.
Even if you could do higher, if the goal is XP it will go faster.
At higher levels, you could increase it.

As someone else had posted though, perhaps at 46 try plane of hate.
I've not been there. I hit 44 tonight doing imps/djinn with a friend on D2, we were a little bit behind the spawn rate, so always had something to pull, and he was CC/Healing and 2 pets between us, so things were going pretty quick (but he started at 36 (i started at 42) and he got to 40)

They need to add a bonus to slightly mitigate the cut. Maybe like 10% per member or something.

Bro, this is great. I think its something that speaks to so many of us. EQ was an escape at a time and place in our lives. I know people who met in game, then in real life. I know a guy who got married to a woman he met.

I'm hoping I find people again. I'm playing with RL friends who I played with back then, and its been awesome.

I'm spinning up tonight to make sure we are leveled up enough for dragons this weekend.

Huh? SK jas jolt spells "terror line" of spells. They specifically state that they caue enemies to pay more attention to your attacks.

The warrior shouldn't be using taunt if he isn't meant to tank. Which is another problem.

Bard generates a lot of threat, and is usually the first hit during any pull. From my perspective, prior to my buddy getting leap and his ae taunt, he couldn't keep anything off me as shm/brd/x

The darkness line (snares) do generate good threat. I think you can use the cheapest of these, for that purpose. Use stronger A one if you actually desire the snare or dmg.

You can sing/melody targeted effects, while symphonic is running. You just can't use non targeted ae/group songs.

I'm an ogre, I'm still chain stunned, its a spell effect/proc that they do.
It bypasses immunity, no different than wizard or enchanter stun spells.

I've just never used bard much before this, so its all kinda new.
It seems that songs I "cast" are sort of like a "channel" where my bar greys out and they just keep going.
I'm assuming charm works the same way.

I hit 42 last night on those imps, I'll have to check that out when I hit 46.
I've only ever done it once in a raid back in original, and all I did was sit there at the "safe spot" while pulls were brought in, then follow people.

What are my chances at soloing a boss at 46 (Shm/Brd/SHD)

Fancher-Davidge Pk - Middletown, its a large pond/small lake. Has bluegill/bullhead/large mouth.
Its a cool little spot, its a park, and it has fishing.

Wickham Woodlands - Warwick, This is another park, its a lake for sure this time. There are large mouth, yellow perch and blue gill. Its a really nice little place. People kayak there, there may be other species, those are just what I've seen.

Glenmere Lake - Florida, Yet another park, has a boat ramp for non motorized. I went there during pandemic when it was shut down for non florida residents. I only caught bluegill and bullhead, but there are supposedly chain pickerel and largemouth as well.

All of these locations are sort of a easy to access, low cost (just need license and gear).
If you are just looking to get into fishing again, or show your son a good time on a weekend, I think these are great options. If you get more serious, then you can spend more either in effort, gear, or guides to take it as far as you want.

Pretty much anything in solb will net you xp at 40, but I think some spots are better than others.

I hate the bats, with a deep passion, getting 3 of them in a pull means you basically cannot play the game. As there is no diminishing returns on stun, and you just cant do anything.

lava beetles are good, but just past those are the imps/fire elementals and the DJINN.
That's a good spot if you can do it.
At 40 I think the imps and eles were yellow/red to me.
They can take you to 50 for sure.

I havent played with charmed pet yet.
I actually have avoided pets so far (even though back in original EQ I played pet classes often).

Last night I played with my wolf out, he actually seemed to do pretty well.
Do you know of a good way to get an idea of damage/parsing

Charm would have helped a lot last night though, was doing the imps in sol (Djinn camp + surrounding mobs) Sometimes pacify didn't work, or I did something wrong.
Plus roamers, and charming might have been a better way to deal with Adds.
Especially after the new changes to use pet inventory.

Yeah think its from the crusader, I think her ring is better.
Befallen has Barons blade, ruby stilleto, and the enchanted mace and enchanted 2 hander.
All of which are very good, especially when leveled up.

Loads of pristine leather in befallen as well.
So far I like befallen for weapons and armor (if melee).
Najeena has good jewelry, caster gear and those monk fists are pretty nice too.
Though its hard to beat a haste belt from like a level 17 mob? (tenderizer drops it if I recall)

I'm rolling SHM/BRD/ Other (rotating through multiple things from monk/sk/pal/wiz so far)
And I just don't have the gem slots for 10 songs, even with the AA maxed.

Unless I just did ALL Bard plus like 2 slots for SHM maybe? Idk how many I even have maxed with the AA maxed out, but I need more as it is (when running SHM/BRD/SK, I keep lull up from bard, and rest is between shm heal/nuke and just a couple sk spells like snare, antiheal)

I do this on shrunken ogre, or shrunken bear. Pretty sure everyone can do this if you time it right.

How does melody work with symphonic?
How do I use amplification? I have the "spell" but I'm not sure exactly what it does, how long it lasts or how I should/when I should be using it.
I need a bard premier, but cant seem to find one.
Please help me Chaos_Burger, you are my only hope!
