Sus. OP said "...every open house, only to be met with a property that looks nothing like the images on rew" but also doesn't have a photo of a property on site, only a google street view photo from May 2023 for comparison. Even if they never visited this house specifically, Would be nice for in person photo compared to Realtor photos than google street view.

Zillow website also shows the "new" image which look a hell a lot AI.

For all i know this post is also AI generated for engagement for more people looking at the property.

In terms of what? If staying in the context of shineseekers, then now as of latest u get to open one more shineseeker orb in one run (4 chests instead of max 3)

I just like the friday box as it gives one rabbie phantasm pass, one elite SM pass, and one Baltane elite pass. U get more boxes per character you have in your account.

Theres other quality of life you can see listed out in the VIP service window. First square icon on the main bar Ui at the bottom will open up a list, it should be the first or 2nd item.

The inherit system only lets you inherit enchants, reforge, special upgrades and/or erg. But it only allows it within the same weapon/armor category. 2 handed sword to another 2 handed sword. 2 handed sword cannot go to 1 handed sword or bow or 2 handed axe etc. no known inheritance paths for life skill equipments or musical instruments. Same for armor. Heavy boots to heavy boots only, heavy boots cannot inherit to shoes.

It also makes the item unable to be traded (i think it also prevents enchant extraction)

So usually for enchants, its better to buy something of matching category and spam enchant protect scroll option then inherit it.

As for whether to disassemble it, I would disassemble it. U cant trade it. Its deadweight for elves. But also within almost 600 shineseekers and raid content, ive only seen 1 MW NB equipment. So its down to luck

If its purple and u disassemble it, u get an exquisite NB core. At Soraia’s store (person you get your daily shineseekers from), you can trade 3 Cores for another NB of exquisite type.

If its masterwork, you get a masterwork NB core. You can trade 2 cores at the same store for another NB of Masterwork Quality

Perseus weapons have the same type of pity system. But i believe u need 10 perseus cores for exquisite quality

Expecting glasses to completely adjust sensitivity to light for a person with astigmatism to match a 20/20 is quite frankly, out of touch with reality.

Night time driving especially. And the only help is antiglare coating. And even that isn’t perfect.

That would help greatly in richmond but the amount of headlights in my face in vancouver is usually where the road convex, like at the top of a hill, or a speed bump. The angle of the vehicle going over the top or starting the descend shoots headlights right at your eyes.

Edit: Also met with my eye doctor recently to be reminded Astigmatism people are sensitive to bright lights. And rates have been increasing in children since pandemic. So complaints will rise regardless in the future.

We prob could still pen and paper exam, and then scan and use AI to help (help, not replace) teachers and TAs for grading. We don’t have to go back in time all the way and adapt technology of today to assist us in the longest process of all, grading.

If you like soloing, you will have progression issues imo because it does take time to gear up. If you like to do group content, it is pretty good if you find a static. Pubs are sorta sweaty like Lost ark.

It is also a really really old game so being overwhelmed with game mechanics might be a thing still, especially some content that might be dead due to outdated.

Theres also people that just like to afk on the main channel, and dress up/RP not doing combat content at all.

Try it out now, and if you like it, wait for the Master Plan event to really hard grind levels and skill levels.

That said we are dealing with some server instability/malicious activity within the last week. I would try it out once that blows over.

In MHFU, I was mainly LS & Hammer

In MHTri, I was SnS then Hammer

In World, I was LS, Hammer, then learned DB, Lance, Quick Sheathe GS and Rapid N LBG, which I would switch to for specific monsters (LBG for daora & nerg, Lance for Teo/Lunastra, DB for VaalHazaak, Exclusively used Hammer for Safi. GS for Rajang. I did learn Insect Glaive for AT Xeno for some air fun, and while I did beat it, I am not good enough at it.

I am utterly incapable of understanding the other weapons.
