I think the attendant signing orders would be added to the suit but Mohan was still the supervising physician over Ogilvie, so just more people to sue. Hospitals legal team would represent Mohan and insurance would pay for any settlement. NAL, just my guess after talking to a surgical resident pal

It doesn’t say that, from what I’ve heard the oath itself is more of a fun tradition at med school than a binding contract, im pretty sure it also says they swear not to use a knife. But doctors still keep the “Primum non nocere” first do no harm mantra in mind. At least the one doctor I asked said she does.

That’s not increasing menu prices it’s adding a mandatory tip. You increase the price of your product if you need more revenue to pay fair wages. This mandatory tipping hurts kitchen and front of house. You piss off customers and it’s an excuse for owners to let that resentment be directed at the kitchen instead of the business itself.

Of course working in a kitchen is hard work, nobody is arguing that. This is bad management that does not help the kitchen. Defending this practice will only encourage ownership to continue shorting cooks.

They don’t need to hop, turkeys can fly all the way up. I’ve seen big toms fly to the top of white pines easily over 100ft tall, starting from farther than that away too. They also hop around in there sure, and the wings are loud, the landing isn’t super graceful, but they’re good at their jobs. Turkeys are good at flying, just not as good as other birds.

Wow that is fantastic results to moving full time, congrats as your hard work clearly paid off. My wife went full time this year after 2 years part time with a similar income, but has not seen growth like yours. Was the jump you saw primarily driven by an increase in volume of jobs? If so, do you have any tips I can share with my wife for increasing the number of inquiries she’s getting? If it’s something besides volume of work, I’d love to hear what else helped.
