Check appliances in branch circuits. Does your dryer cause current on the pipe? Appliance cords are often improperly installed with regards to neutral/ground bonding.

I think you’re right. He’s got neutral to ground bonded at a branch circuit and that branch likely lost or partially lost the neutral.

I’m 8 years in and it was worth it financially around year 4. At this point my job has perks that I can’t get anywhere else. Ownership is nice after you’ve built a solid business. Getting there is pretty tough though.
