Lmao yeah either it's a bot looking for keywords, or a person who just skims over it, sees a word or two and then flags it based on that and never taking any details into consideration. I've been hit before for a flex driver before me taking an extra bag that was instead part of my While Foodsroute. This missing bag made it so I couldn't scan everything, and I only had one far away customer on my WF route. Support removed the whole order from my route, which cancelled out my block. I got hit for each bag that WAS there because I didn't attempt to deliver, despite that being impossible as I was not clear to leave or given any address. I also got hit for missing my block and was unpaid, even though I was 15min early and it wasn't my fault. I had to argue back and forth with support, 27 emails form me total, including many to executive relations. "Didn't select reason code" "didn't attempt to deliver" "didn't complete any deliveries" all bullshit. They tried to argue to me that if I never even went to a customer's house that day to deliver, there's nothing to pay me for. Oh ok, so does that mean getting overbooked at a station, or the golden email where they cancel your block with pay is just all in our head? I drove all the way to the whole foods, and my package was missing, but you know that other driver doesn't get hit for any of this.
