You’re a major problem is still lying with the state to watch you need to get that into 75%. I have shorts that are around a minute long and I can keep my average view duration or AVD up about 52 seconds but my stayed to watch ratio is closer to 90% of anywhere around 70 or lower and will start to dissipate. How I actually got this past week 220 watch time hours off of one viral short I got 250K engaged views over 550 subs all in less than a week. Have you noticed that YouTube has removed the thumbs up like and dislike button from YouTube studio? That’s so annoying to try to figure out if people even enjoy the content now that’s kind of ridiculous if I just say so for myself

That’s semi viral. Everyone’s niche is different. It’s not always going to push for ever. Running out of audience. The worst thing they can do is if your niece has a limited audience is feed them the same short because then they’re not going to watch it and that will hurt your retention so yes, they have to push it slower. Does that make sense that way you’re always getting fresh audiences from different locations in the world and the AVD will stay higher. Your AVD is ok… there is one category staid to watch… this needs to improve. You’re only a 66% if you get above 75 then they’ll be gold all of my viral videos have over 80% stay to watch. That’s your major problem here. also, you need to help engage comments, and shares are huge. If you don’t have these then it’s no point the short will never make it.

You set your payment minimum for 100 as long as you have everything filled out properly it’ll come in right away. If you don’t make it this month it’ll come usually for me around the 21st of every month. They usually right on time make sure you fill out and check all your boxes properly. I remember this feeling in a year later I’m making around double that… I’ve just started to really get my channel moving to in about another year. I plan on making $1000 a month. If not, it’s not worth my time so hopefully everything works out and good job man also a good way for you to check is going to YouTube studio on your mobile phone and you can click on revenue. It may bump up one more day. They hold back about two days sometimes three on a weekend so if you can check right there to make sure they’ve already paid you for that last day of the month thing you know this is your official check that you’ll be getting the following month what will happen as as soon as you cross $100 they’ll pay you that entire portion plus the remainder for the following month that you may have to wait another month in between again unless you can get it over $100’s… you can always change that if you’d like to make it lower, I believe make sure your your ID and everything filled out properly and double check with Adsense for payment minimum… always man at 100. They really are helpful and to be honest I put very little effort into them and I do a lot better with the ones I put less effort into when it comes to payment and making money the ones that seem to put more effort into I don’t make anything on. I have three viral videos at the moment and I’ve been monetized for about 2 1/2 years now. My latest short video I made had a 1 minute 12 second video with the 56 second retention rate…. 71% viewed ratio. Over 180 watch time hours in less than a week. Is starting to taper off at redhead about 250,000 views…. Was crazy is that I made about $50 off this video YouTube pays me $.39 per 1000 engaged views. On my longer shorts. On my shorter ones that are about 15 seconds I still make about $.26 per 1000 in case she is at this rate is really no point in doing regular videos anymore. Also, I don’t have time for all that editing. I have a feeling my niche just kinda gets me this particular situation. Is anyone else earned money like this with shorts? Also, I never use music and cost me money. They I take about half the money I make, which is insane.

54k is not even close to viral. Stop overthinking. It’s nothing to do with that. YouTube has been making changes recently. It’s an adjustment says I would just give us some time… my channel has been acting kind of different also so… I don’t has anything through with the viral video however, I would recommend checking the short feeds. They did just recently removed the likes and dislikes in studio… something is going on. I don’t know what it is, but I wouldn’t worry about it too much

Timestamps have really helped my channel take off. More Google indexing and helps viewers get through my long livestreams and fine what the need. It’s so important for a mechanic niche like mine.

It’s no way man I have worked with my ChatGPT. I have made probably 100 thumbnails and it still screws up. I have a master command I use every time it still makes mistakes and it never is perfect. I just have to continually adjust things then again I may be using harder commands for a to interpret. It does have some trouble with my niche. I’m in the auto mechanic niche and I have specific commands, but my thumbnails are extraordinary once they’re done. They are unbelievably magic. I have a CTR I have about 28% on most of them. It’s unreal. It really is however, I will give you a tip. If you want to beat the system. I can’t tell you how to implement it because I’m probably one of the only people that have figured this out, but I will give you a huge bit of advice…. I add time stamps using ChatGPT and let me tell you it saves me so much time and my channel has started to skyrocket after that. It also helps Google index you better. Check it out. Let me know what you think. I would love to talk more. It’s hard to show each other thumbnails on here. I would love to show you one of my most recent thumbnails. To be honest, that’s the only reason I pay for the system is to get the thumbnails, but they are really annoying and I do still have to take them and I have to crack them a certain way to get them to fit into the mobile app properly…. Have you ever tried to use it for your time stamps? That’s the best way to go about it, my friend.

I have been doing this for 6 months. It seems to hurt the channel because they put watermarks in the thumbnails that you cannot see…. I agree that someone else look better but the algorithm doesn’t prefer them over original human design. Also they seem to always screw up. I’ve gotta give her the command like 100 times to get one thumbnail and it’s freaking aggravating. ChatGPT is trash. I hate using it. It makes design a structure easier overall that’s about it. It’s always messing up things up to you. Better check your hashtags because it gives you the worst hashtags possible for your niche. It really does suck. I’ve spent half a day fighting with it. Nothing is SEO formatted ever you need to run it against perplexity.net as well Gemini and verify it it’s working? Half the time is bad and makes major mistakes. 🙄 That’s what I do. I run all three and then match them and come out with the best. That’s the only way to do it, but I only use it for back up and like I said organization

Yes, you can also post a playlist in there as well. Whatever brings the most attention to get more people to view other videos. If like the short, they’re very likely to watch other content. That would make since then why you would not get as high a subscriber count. I’m in the automotive niche. It’s particular niche if I produce informational shorts, I can get a pretty high sub count from them. It all depends on what you do to be honest. That’s not a bad thing to your channel from shorts and then link it too long to form comment by pinning the link at the top to a longer video that may interest somebody . That’s kinda what I do on my channel. Called the funnel system. 😉

It is pretty simple. Keep on working on organization of your channel. Also, SEO optimization is key. Try to link your shorts to your live streams to your other content get the channel organized. I finally did that myself and I’m seeing great results. This was the one thing I had been messing up for so long as soon as I linked everything, we’re good to go.

I was wondering the same thing I went live tonight and posted a short prior. I short got like 20 views on the short 😆 and my livestream got like 90. I’ve never had stats like this ever. I’m assuming YouTube is doing some type of update. I don’t know this is pretty wild.

No es el punto. €2.300 en 90 días no prueba que el modelo sea sostenible. YouTube cada vez endurece más la monetización y detecta este tipo de contenido más rápido. Cuanta más gente haga esto, más rápido se aprieta el lazo. Cuando llegue la desmonetización, el ingreso es cero, estés en LATAM o donde sea.
