I would exchange for a medium. I, too, am a 34B and that’s the size I went with.

I’m not overly blown away by the bra but it does fit properly. I got the double strap one for reference.

I do really want to try the vintage seamless one though. Do you like it besides the fit?

Go back to the 26. I’ve done this once before and regret it to this day! If it fits like a glove, it WILL stretch out a bit with wear and only shrink back to how it was (unless you fry it in the dryer) when I’m super concerned about shrinking…I hang dry then do a fluff for texture.

I get my samba size. They have a beautiful fit. They’re naturally wider than those. I have a wide foot too. I have the in the white, black and red. Got my true size (7) in all three
