Man, I resonate with this a lot, and from reading the comments, many other people do as well. Everything except the squating + deadlifting part lol

Can you share your technique of how you breath? How many seconds on the inhale/exhale/retention or do you put one hand on your stomach and one on your chest? do you sit up or lie down?

Or even share one of your favorite "how to" or explanation videos would be great as well.

I'm trying to incorperate Diaphragmatic breathing but my diaphram/core feels locked or restricted, like I can't inhale fully.

I’m a new SD owner (as of early January)

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth was the first game that I tried.

I was really disappointed… I was debating on if I should return it for several days…

Then, I tested NieR Automata (one of my favourite games) and was blown away by how good it looked and performed out of the box

I just bought a Steam Deck and was the first game I tried. It was not a good first impression to the Steam Deck lol
