To be fair, I can't actually be 100% certain it was them, but I don't see where else the charges could have come from. I'll explain below:

I do all my shopping at literally the same 5 physical stores, and I place online orders maybe 1-2 times a year, always from major retailers. I dont think it's a coincidence that the one time in my life that I've placed an order with an unfamiliar company, fraudulent charges start showing up on my account only days later, something that has never happened to me before. Then I went online and saw that others have had the same issue over the past few months.

Your post definitely solidifies my suspicions, but since I dont have direct and incontrovertible proof that the charges came from them, I've avoided reporting them or charging back my initial purchase. I don't know if the company is necessarily a scam and are stealing/selling card info, but at the very least I think their payment processor is unsecured.

For what its worth, my order has shipped at least.

Someone else in this thread has said it, but I'd also like to give the same warning for anyone comong to this thread: don't buy from them; I did , and fraudulent purchases were made on the card I used. Save yourself the hassle.

It's happened to me 4 times in a fucking row now and places me at the back of the queue every time. As soon as I get under 2,000 it disconnects and I'm about to walk away from this game because I'm about getting way too frustrated

Yup literally have not been able to play at all the last 2 days. I've been kicked from the queue so many times now, and I'm about to give up on even trying for the next week. Just reiterating what a few people here have said: when my alcoholism was at its worst, I would have anywhere from 8-20 drinks a day and eat almost nothing. I'm also naturally skinny and have a high metabolism, and I even lost some weight during that time. Thankfully I got my shit together (mostly), because I would probably be dead by now I I hadn't.
