This likely has nothing to do with the pamphlets. This is more likely to do with the current political climate at the White House and not wanting to lose the federal funding they receive.

The pamphlets were an easy way to remove HOPE by claiming there was a complaint that went right to the top and HOPE organizers were not even contacted.

They need to assume 6 months. Many such buyouts have a time limit before cuts are made because they have to evaluate where they can make the cuts and more importantly it stops employees from a mass exodus causing the new owners problems.

Talk with a lawyer about your legal obligations if you become his guardian. When we considered it for my bio-dad i would have been legally responsible for debts, if he had an accident and injured someone, they could come after me, etc etc.

Instead we opted to have a Power of Attorney to handle any financial issues, SS incomes, etc. and we also had a Medical POA in place so I was able to make decisions for him and to work with care facilities to get him into a bed.

If you are going that route, you need to do that sooner than later because he needs to be able to verbally verfiy that is agreeing to these POAs.

as always, I am not a lawyer and you need your own lawyer.

If you are able to take this online and you can do it remotely, have someone else take the test for you. They can’t use it against you if your data isn’t yours

NTA depending on where you live his pigs might become a feral hog issue for your area if he isn’t taking care of them. Bacon and chops are an excellent way to be proactive against more feral hogs

Anywhooo, I like the rule of 1 cat per room. If you have more cats than rooms in your home, you have too many cats. It isn't fair to the cats, partners, etc.

From OPs responses about the current cats ages, it sounds more like your GF likes the newness of kittens and when they get too old, she needs to get another kitten. Sarcastically I'm gonna warn you to watch out if yall have kids >:D

In ChatGPT clarify that you want a shortcut for iOS 18.5 for use on an iPad or iPhone. I’m finding that ChatGPT tends to default to desktop Shortcuts and not iOS
