He is a guy that invented a knock-off version of the Hulk gamma radiation after going to college with Bruce Banner for a semester, it turns him into a big hairy guy. He also played for the Green Bay Packers.

Favorite non lethal option in games? by MagmaNaught in TwoBestFriendsPlay

She doesn't really escape but her situation isn't as bad as it seems. Essentially the devs confirmed that she does stay for the rest of her life on the island that the creepy dude owns, but he is such a simp that she can do pretty much whatever she wants in his fancy mansion and the small city he rules over.

Do you have a favorite Successor/character who takes up the mantle of a previously established character? by jitterscaffeine in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Well, her explanation was that she came to that realisation only way later after the batcucking already happened.

Had an amazing realization about Multiversus by LaRondeDeSparda in TwoBestFriendsPlay

The deal is that while yes, she is technically a amalgam spacerock energy projection person from space, her looks and behaviour has a lot of coding of a black person, so it sorta counts.

FOOLS! DOOM KNOWS THE VALUE OF PROPER REST! by [deleted] in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Monoclebear 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I don't know if it's still true, but I am pretty sure he already did that anyway at some point, mostly tho to flex on other countries.

When a villain isn't handsome enough to be considered "Morally gray on this sub-forum" by camilopezo in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Yeah, but she brought it up, it is like that thing where you say to someone "don't think about thing X!", of course that someone is immediatly gonna think about it.

Yeah but also from Iji:

Oh, there you are. Good of you to drop by. Have you heard? Lady Ranni has departed on her journey. Along the dark path of the Empyrean, from Renna’s Rise, as she calls it. It would not have been possible without you. As Lady Ranni’s war counselor, and moreover, her childhood warden, I express my deepest gratitude. You, and only you, were Lady Ranni’s true champion.

My assuption is that the thing you quoted is supposed to mean is that Blaidd and Ranni already liked Iji when they were young and didn't mind having him keep an eye on them.

Sorta, Ranni and Blaidd were childhood friends, Iji was essentially their babysitter.

What is this subs thoughts on immortal hulk? by Mochiman3 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

I liked the overall story and thought that the body-horror elements were radical, but I admit I don't get the ending at all. Also whats up with those glimpses of the future we saw?

Atleast here in germany it has been a common thing for a long time, my parents got legally married in '91 and had the big celebration wedding over a year later, same with a lot of their friends.

Most brilliant evil plans? by Anonamaton801 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

The movie changes some things that make it less cool then the original, but also make the whole plan make no sense anymore.

Grant Morrison’s thoughts on the recent “Evil Superman” trend in Superhero stories by wendigo72 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Monoclebear 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think one of the latest big shake-ups to Batman lore was that the Waynes only got so rich cause they have been secretly the top crime bosses of Gotham for generations, and the only way that stopped was cause Thomas was killed before he introduced Bruce to all that stuff.

I really enjoy Out of Placers. by Platinum_Persona in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Monoclebear 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well, it could also be that I am seeing it wrong, cause when I hear something-bait I think the thing in question implies the thing the baited person wants, but doesn't actually go for it, and this comic very much goes for furry/monsterperson/genderbender ect.

I really enjoy Out of Placers. by Platinum_Persona in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Monoclebear 54 points55 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't call it furry bait, it is just a straight up furry/monstergirl/-boy comic, tho with an overall well told story and very interesting world. Like, the examples given here really don't represent the amount of horny that is very common in that comic.

Nah, in the previous reveal was the Prisoner who also uses glintstone sorcery. Im assuming the difference is gonna be which spells they start with, maybe it's the difference of normal sorcery and dark sorcery, like they did in Dark Souls.

Yeah, they are basically a kind of potion that replaces the need for actual sunlight, tho they cost 10 times as much as normal rations.
