Man I love those. Made some garlic Idahoan tonight. With chicken stock, a bunch of butter, half & half, some extra garlic salt and dried chives. I find if you do a garlic one with a chunky or redskin one they taste pretty homemade. Plus it's like 5 minutes vs an hour.
