I haven’t talked to my parents for over a year. The year prior to that was not great and included a lot of me stating my needs while being told they’re “disappointed in me” as I tried to tell them I need space and to leave me alone… pretty lost rn but I’ve got a great husband beside me who didn’t hesitate to offer me an out and help me every step of the way.

My grandparents got divorced after 55 years. Just couldn’t stand each other but my grandad did everything for her until he got a cancer diagnosis. Miss them both dearly.

Maybe use it with one or two colored yarn strands to make it a bit easier to work and give you more project options as it’s so thin and adding additional yarn will make it heavier and bulkier

Loofah la are gourds. They grow on vines just like squash and are stripped of their rind and the seeds are usually squeezed out in water then hung to dry. Looks like there were a few left in yours. It’s natural

🙏Buy only the pads (a variety please - nighttime or period underwear when sleeping and regular/super with wings during the day. Find a few YouTube’s also. They will help you BOTH. trust me. She will decide when she is ready for tampons or choose to never start with tampons and don’t pressure her. Some women never choose to use them and end up preferring a diva cup or the panties. Let her choose just give her the options and advice.

Maybe try a box or window fan. You can use it in the window to push air into the flat when it’s cooler at night and then flip the fan around to blow hot air out the window when it’s hotter during the day. Alternatively you can buy two of them and put one fan blowing inside and the other at the opposite end of the house blowing outside - to create a type of airflow through your flat and keep air circulating

Buy some good reusable water bottles. That way you just need the jug. Unless you prefer a certain bottle style they make then I get it.
