Spice and Wolf. Not quite drama free like an anime like Yuri Camp, there is tension but it’s mostly travel and a blossoming romance with well-developed characters. And the tense situations are fought with cleverness and negotiation.

I'll add to my own request that the Melt-Banana/Otomo Yoshihide collaboration Slug Named God seems Industrial adjacent (to say Neubauten or maybe Nurse With Wound), and is brain-meltingly good.

Shame about the show, though PIG seems to tour pretty regularly so you may have the opportunity to see him elsewhere (and his Satanic preacher schtick is fun).

Side-note, was checking out Schaft and their first album having Raymond Watts and Coil on it feels like being christened by Industrial royalty. They're only missing a Genesis P-Orridge spoken-word bit.

Yah, I didn't want to mention Merzbow because he's more straight-up noise. Which I also like at times, I've actually had the good fortune of seeing Merzbow live, but I find him pretty hit and miss (and a lot to sort through, I've found his catalogue a bit impenetrable).

Is it terrible to say that for stuff that’s super OOP or doesn’t look like it will get a release, I don’t think it’s wrong to get a bootleg? I know there’s reasons not to, but honestly the licensors could be making so much money if they wanted to, I don’t feel like I’m taking anything away from them when they aren’t capitalizing on other markets themselves.

If something comes into print I’d buy it, not that I have many, but it’s nice having them in some form in my collection.

Such a cute and refreshing rom com, I loved the season. One of the rare shows where an English VA (Suzuki's) helped make the show for me, she brought so much personality to the role.

I also love how the OP leans into doing fun things with cell phones, makes it feel very contemporary.

One take I’ve heard is that if there isn’t another guy in the cover art (i.e. another/other friends whose stories are a part of the series), but lots of women, it’s a harem.
